This 1000*1000*350mm large-scale breeding tray is composed of a mesh upper tray and a detachable bottom collection box, specifically developed for commercial large-scale breeding of black soldier flies and tenebrio molitors. It integrates efficient breeding, enhanced ventilation and multi-level filtration, perfectly adapting to intensive farming scenarios with outstanding load-bearing capacity and operational convenience.

The upper tray adopts a reinforced high-density mesh structure, which achieves full-area air circulation to maintain a dry and hygienic internal environment-exactly matching the ventilation requirements of black soldier flies and tenebrio molitors during mass breeding. Meanwhile, the mesh design effectively prevents insect escape while allowing impurities to fall into the bottom box. The dedicated bottom collection box is designed for classified filtration and collection of insect frass, leftover feed and other residues, supporting multi-level filtering of different substances to keep the breeding area clean and minimize the risk of pest and disease spread in large-scale farms.
